The Challenge
The UK’s net-zero targets sparked an urgent rise in renewable-infrastructure projects.
That meant a demand for labour that was not only high-volume but specialist: mechanical and electrical technicians, substation staff, offshore certified operatives.

- Integrated our supply model with client programmes: forecasting labour peaks, aligning to delivery milestones and responding to changes swiftly.
