When NG Bailey recognised that managing variable labour across multiple regions was becoming complex, they invited Vital to join the T4 Alliance – a collaborative workforce framework designed to shake up how support gets delivered. 

Vital stepped up to manage the South East / London labour desk, aligning contractor supply, regional desks and major-project delivery under one roof.

How we made it work.

Regional Oversight, Unified Supply, Alliance-Wide Delivery.

We activated a dedicated Vital regional labour desk for the South East/London region within the T4 Alliance framework, giving NG Bailey direct line visibility and regional accountability.

We aligned with the alliance model – each partner took responsibility for specific regions, while Vital managed our region’s scope with full ownership of contractor delivery, compliance checks and on-site readiness.

We built a scalable supply chain, ready for major NG Bailey projects,  including critical infrastructure and response works during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We embedded collaboration: daily/weekly coordination with NG Bailey and alliance partners, regional insight feeding into national delivery strategy.

This wasn’t simply “labour supply”. It was regionalised workforce partnership, engineered for scale, flexibility and alliance working.
